Does the Cesky Terrier have a shedding coat, is it easy to groom? The Cesky Terrier does not shed its coat. The coat is soft and silky and well rooted, which makes him very clean to have around the house. The Cesky terrier does require brushing and combing to keep its coat free of tangles. Does this breed require extra exercise given that it is a Terrier, is the Cesky Terrier a high energy breed? A good walk or some chasing of the tennis ball usually does trick. However, the Cesky Terrier adapts well to apartment life too and as long as it gets regular exercise it is usually happy with a romp in the park as well. Does the Cesky Terrier make a good family pet, will it get along wit our other pets? Yes! The Cesky Terrier is loyal and friendly, and does very well with children when introduced at an early age. The Cesky Terrier does not pick a fight with other dogs, especially as he was initially developed to be co-operative and work in a pack. It is also a natural guard dog, with a medium loud bark, that will instinctively warn the family of intruders or strangers.
